How to Order
To place an order for Reprographic Services at RPG is simple.
1. You can call, fax, or email our print locations directly, and request a pickup. Be sure to fill out a job order form, attach one copy of the order form to your documents, and place them at the front counter or with your receptionist. One of our delivery personnel will stop by your office and pick up your order. Phone numbers and email addresses for our locations are:

2. Job order forms are available for download in PDF format.
3. You can also request preprinted job order forms. RPG will deliver to you a set of our job order forms with your name, company name, address etc. pre-filled out for your convenience.
4. You can send your digital files to us via email. The maximum size for an email attachment is 2 Mb. If you have multiple documents, you can split your files across several emails. Otherwise, you can send us your files via FTP.
5. You can send us your files via FTP. FTP is an acronym for "file transfer protocol." Our FTP address is ftp://ftp.rpg.com. As the name implies, FTP is used to transfer files between computers on a network, generally the Internet. One of the ways to use FTP is generally with a Web browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer which can connect to an FTP address just as it can to a Web address. Using a Web browser for FTP transfers makes it easy for you to browse large directories and read and retrieve files. Your Web browser will also take care of some of the details of connecting to a site and transferring files. To use your Web browser to connect to our FTP site you would need to have a login name and password. If you wish to acquire a login name and password please send an e-mail request to beltsville at rpg.com or call 301-595-1963 x117.
6. For reprographic supplies, please call 301-595-1963, and press 2 to place an order. For easy reference, you can download our latest catalog in PDF format.
7. For reprographic equipment service, please call 301-595-1963, and press 4 to place a service call. You can also place a service request online.
To open an RPG account with credit terms, please complete our credit application, and fax it to RPG's Accounting Department at (301) 595-2995.
