Sharpcut SX Series — Digital Flatbed Cutter
A production-grade digital flatbed cutter engineered for high-speed routing, precision knife-cutting, and rigid-substrate finishing. A solid steel-welded frame minimizes vibration for clean, near-flame-polished edges, while a rack-and-pinion X/Y drive outlasts belt-driven systems.
Vision registration system and camera for accurate contour cutting; handles foam board, PVC, corrugated plastic, ACM, acrylic, PETG, styrene, Gatorfoam, and honeycomb panels, with optional creasing for packaging.
Sharpcut SXC Series — Conveyor Flatbed Cutter
The Sharpcut SX with an added conveyor belt and automatic board loader for higher-volume, hands-off production. The conveyor speeds removal of finished jobs and, paired with the automatic board feeder, runs rigid boards pallet to pallet.
Precision-balanced aluminum rollers and a clamping bar keep media advancing in sync with the belt; the pallet table drops to 6″ for easy loading and unloading.
Sharpcut PX Series — Packaging Cutter
A complete digital cutting system built for the packaging industry, compatible with all major CAD packaging software. A fixed heavy-duty creasing wheel and interchangeable tooling let the system automatically select the right tool for each job.
Advanced tooling with unobstructed table access handles the full demands of today's package workflow — folding cartons, corrugated, and retail displays.
Fotoba XY Cutters — Automatic Roll & Sheet Trimming
Automatic X/Y cutters that trim roll and sheet output with patented true-edge tracking — the cutter re-aligns itself to the printed image even when the print isn't square to the media edge, producing perfectly squared posters and panels.
Optional inline cutting via a pneumatically controlled buffer turns print-and-finish into one process; handles photo paper, vinyl, self-adhesive vinyl, film, duratrans, canvas, and laminated or encapsulated prints. The WP model adds high-precision wallpaper butt-join cutting.
Bubble-Free Pro — Table Applicator
A flatbed applicator table for mounting and laminating digital prints and applying application tape to any flat surface — banners, panels, signage, or flat furniture — without bubbles, wrinkles, or creases.
Controlled, evenly adjustable roller pressure prevents media stretching for clean, crease-free application across a wide range of substrates.
Wide-Format Roll Laminators
Heavy-duty roll laminators and board mounters for protecting and finishing wide-format graphics, with hot and cold options across the C364, M564, and NESCHEN 1650 HotLam/ColdLam lines.
Auto-locking exchangeable roll shafts and a front roller bar generate proper tension with less friction for smooth lamination and board mounting; lease options available.
