BricsCAD Sales Specialist

Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a team that is on the frontline in transforming the Construction/Build industry. The role responsibilities as Sales Specialist includes prospecting, meeting, presenting to target firms, contacts. Manage opportunities within a CRM platform, assist territory sales representatives within sales stages for the product category — managed network services. Meet target goals/quotas with sales activities.

Bricsys CAD Sales Specialist – Knowledge of BricsCAD and AutoCAD a plus

Your first week of employment will be comprised of RPG Orientation, Sales Training, CRM Training, and Sales Presentation preparation.

After the initial week, expectations will be to make daily phone calls from existing and new lists of prospects to establish a minimum of:

Managed IT Sales Specialist

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • This position requires calling and visiting existing customers, as well as cold calling and meeting prospective customers. You will provide information and ask questions in a consultative discussion to discover appropriate opportunities for which RPG can provide applicable virtualized managed network services. Contract pricing is to be within RPG desired margins. Any special pricing will be approved by appropriate RPG management and may effect commissions. All pertinent information will be entered into the CRM by you.

The first week will be comprised of RPG Orientation, Sales Training, CRM Training, and Sales Presentation preparation.

Reality Capture Technician

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Performs pre-sales and post-sales production of 3D scanning and post-processing. Responsible for maintaining quality standards for all departmental production work; ensuring a high customer satisfaction level

Examples of Duties:

• Perform 3D scanning and post-processing services in the office and at jobsites

• Perform customer training

• Prepare price quotations and project reports

• Maintain proper inventory of 3D equipment and supplies

• Ensure equipment is maintained on a regular basis

• Inspect orders to ensure quality standards are met

• Keep job log and prioritize orders according to deadline and runtime

• Work after hours if necessary, to complete deadlines

• Any and all duties contributing to the well-being of the company

Employment Standards:

1. One to Two of experience with CAD and 3D scanning.

2. Proficient on a PC and a wide range of software applications.

3. Experienced in the use of AutoDesk Revit, AutoCAD, or NavisWorks

Graphics Service Technician - Springfield, MA

Job Objective:

To analyze, evaluate, and repair printing and scanning equipment and operating systems as specified and trained by authorized manufacturers or trained RPG personnel.

This position will support our clients in the New England Territory. Covering Boston and the surrounding area of Springfield, Massachusetts.

  • Analyzes malfunctions in Hewlett Packard, Xerox, KIP, and Oce equipment.
  • Replaces or repairs defective components, utilizing knowledge of equipment operation and repair:
  • Examines and tests equipment to determine nature and probable cause of malfunction.
  • Removes and replaces defective electronic, electrical, mechanical components, such as circuit boards, wiring, switches, fusers, motors, rollers, gears, and belts/assemblies using hand tools and following drawings and manufacturer’s manuals.
  • Tightens or replaces loose connections and fittings and performs related repairs.
  • Adjusts equipment to manufacturer’s specifications using hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • Test operates equipment to ensure that defects have been corrected

Examples of Duties 

  • Perform warranty, repair, preventive maintenance, and site survey service calls on all equipment as needed.
  • Support and assist other technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting problem
  • Support and assist sales representatives with technical advice
  • Deliver, install, move, and configure equipment
  • Assist customers with telephone support
  • As directed, pre-call customers with service issues to perform telephone diagnostics, & provide an ETA
  • Maintain one’s vehicle service parts inventory in an organized fashion.

•Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer via electronic requests, including binding, hole punching, stapling, drilling, mounting and trimming.

•Provide technical direction and support to clients; lift and carry supplies, printed materials, and bulk paper. (Ability to lift up to 30 pounds)

•Availability to work after hours or weekend if required by specific projects.

•Troubleshoot and maintain equipment by performing preventative maintenance when needed.

•Notifies proper service company to fix/resolve issues with equipment when needed in a timely manner.

•Effectively coordinate priorities of various production functions simultaneously; follow strict production timelines.

Sales Manager

Job Objective: 

  • To achieve mandated revenue goals for all products and services within established time periods.

Sales Management Duties

  • Contribute to decisions regarding lineup of product/service offerings, partnership with vendor
  • Sets sales revenue goals with management and monitors department and personnel performance related to key measurements and goals
  • Establishes with management pricing standards and margin expectations
  • Strategizes with management to develop company long term goals
  • Maintain and review sales processes and evaluate integration with corporate operations

Department Management Duties

  • Defines sales territories, sales duties, and administers the hiring of sales personnel
