Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the rpgsfs.wpengine.com website (the “Service”) operated by RPG Squarefoot Solutions (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
By creating a password, you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RPG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RPG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
A Return Authorization (RA) Number is necessary for all returns. RPG Squarefoot Solutions will not issue an RA Number 30 days after the original ship date. We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee where applicable.
The RA Number will expire within 15 days of issuance. Number expires. RA Numbers are non-renewable.
All approved returns must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs to return an item, even an item that qualified for a special free shipping offer, are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns of defective and mis-picked parts, and some hardware, are limited to exchanges only. Some defective hardware covered by the manufacturer’s warranty must be handled directly through the respective manufacturer.
All sales are final on special order items, equipment, and apparel (no returns, exchanges or refunds).
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 4 weeks of our receipt of your return.

RPG Squarefoot Solutions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that RPG Squarefoot Solutions shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. We will determine what constitutes a material change at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
